My sister Lauren’s 25th birthday was September 5.

In the middle of tropical storms, a nasty virus and just a bunch of stuff going on, I have neglected to give her a birthday shout out.

So, to celebrate her turning a quarter of a century, I asked a special guest to make a cameo appearance.
